yesterday, we had our 2.4 run! we were all waitin' with anticipation, yeah rite. well, arrived at like 0745? yeap 15 mins late. slacked. went to the beach. played with mrs jain's poodles! ah! they are so cute. however, i didn't really catch their names. baba? not sure. wahaha. one black one and another yellow one. both were like big furballs. aww.. played around and then we got ready. started off well. by the 5th station, i lost missy bebe. no where to be seen. pressed on. almost stopped but good thing i continued. sorry bebe but i had to go ahead. wahaha. in the end, i got the 60th position. okie. quite unexpected but what i wanted. wahaha. missy bebe came in 195th. after that, we sat on e grass. when i got up, i almost blacked out. i tot i was gonna die or somethin'... wahaha. but then, corneii saed it was becoz i stood up too quickly. wahaha. okie...good. grabbed our bags... went to mac. fullhouse. vegetarian fast food? not open. 711...didn't buy anything. food court. nothing. back to mac. got filet-o-fish meal with a free sundae. the power of coupons. wahaha. pathetic sundae.
lessons learnt1. fries taste good with vanilla ice cream.
2. never take fries with ice cold green tea.
3. never go to mac on 2.4 run day.
after lunch, or maybe brunch... the rest went to either cycle or blade but i went home. bathed...zonked out. woke up at like 2+ and went to use the com. after that, got ready for jason's(cousin) acapella concert. headed to the esplanade. settled down in some recital studio and it began in like 5 mins. HARVARD DIN AND TONICS(group of 12 guys from harvard uni.). they were all dressed in tuxes. some pranced out, some slid out, some jumped out and they were practically all over the place when suddenly they got into their formation, a semi-circle. I spotted jason. they only asian there. at first, i wasn't sure whether it was him becoz his hair was almost as long as mine. wahaha. soon, the singing stopped and they broke into funny formations. e.g: oreo cookie, Stonehenge... and then, they continued singing. after scrambling in and out of the auditorium, they got back together and prepared for the finale. a guy dressed up as a girl and ran around playing with the crowd and singing. hilarious. autograph session time! wahaha. took pics with jason and the rest. felt like some vip. wahaha. we also got to see the fireworks. nick took a 6-min video of the whole display but then, he forgot to save it. wahaha. after that, we went to JUMBO SEAFOOD for dinner or should i say supper. had steamed prawns, some funny chicken skin dish, you tiao roll, fried rice, fried baby octopus, spicy kang kong, black pepper crab, chilli crab sauce with mantou and finally a fruit platter. totally pigged out. wahahaha. okie. good morning every one. i hafta go sleep. it's past midnight. haf a good morning.
